In Reply to: Has anyone had good success with Weight Watchers flex point program? sm - Going to lose this weight!

I joined WW almost 5 years ago. Lost 20 pounds in 6 months. Have been life time member since, never going over goal, which means not paying for meetings. I think the secret to my long term success is continuing to attend meetings after meeting and mainting goal weight. It costs nothing and with working at home (sheltered lifestyle) it became a social event. I know, I need to get a life. After 4 years, they offered me a job. I now work for them at the meeting I attended to lose the weight in the first place.

It is a very good, realistic program. One you can live with, unlike some of those diets that cut out foods you love. It works, if you work it.

Good luck to all of us doing the WW program.
