We lived in Plano, Texas, not an inexpensive city to live in and had this problem starting around 6 on Friday and running until midnight Sunday night. The music, beer bottles all over the grounds, you name it. We called the non-emergency line non stop and they would come out every time and run them off, but they would be right back as soon as they left. We finally gave up and moved.
