Nothing against newbies. Im sure you appreciate being given an opportunity. Bottom line, the only reason this is offered some places is because yall are cheaper. Things are not going to change for you guys just coming in. Do you really think they are gonna pay you much more than what you started out at. My prediction is things will only get worse unless there is a major change and you guys will be just like all of us oldies here. This used to be a very respected career and I used to highly recommend it, anymore, I just can't. I don't see much future in it unless there is a change and I cannot even begin to think of how to do that. Good luck!
