What?!

As I posted below, the letter I got said I would be getting a call "to discuss the new Rewards Plan and to answer your questions" and then will ALSO receive a packet in October. So I guess that wasn't exactly truthful, huh!

• got the "phone call" -- get this, MQ has hired a bunch of telemarketers to call all of us to - MadamX
  • I agree. The silly phone calls just make the worries worse, if - they dont' have details. Sheesh.
