They want the style they want. You're learning what they want from you. You're getting good feedback, especially to get hard copies. Yes, it is what you have to look foward to. What's wrong with that? If you can't take their teaching you their expectations, you're going to have a bumpy road ahead of you! Just relax and learn from it. So what if you have 15 years experience. You're getting feedback showing you what is expected of you.
