Here's a link to the AlphaGrip (looks like they are calling it an iGrip now). I do not do editing, but I purchased this specifically because reaching for the mouse so much was causing problems for me, and I wanted to be able to type comfortably from a recliner. I've been using it for almost 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! It looks a little intimidating, but because many of the letters are achieved using the same finger as with a QWERTY board, the learning curve is not as great as you might think, and the benefits of having the mouse right there are well worth it.
