What bitterness?

Just leave her alone.  I wonder how you would feel if it was YOUR paycheck.  She is right on the mark with her comments.  I know - I work for MQ, too, and it is not bitterness to tell the truth.

sleeve? Not me, thank you! I am trying to point out, as were other posters, the legalities of your profession. You are an IC - obviously you do not know what that means, or you would not be asking about working hours - YOU make your hours. You also are obviously sorely lacking in knowledge on legalities of medical records in your home. Do you think I am referring to your cats reading them? Not at all - but there are laws to follow regarding how long you are to keep the records YOU transcribed - your copies - how and where you have to format them, etc. Nothing to do with your cats - I am not scared of my job - just because you don't get the answers you want or are expecting doesn't mean we are afraid. I am not worried about my job or any of my professional peers - but do think there will be some regulations for others who are IC down the road as long as there are those who do not know what they are doing when they think they are an "IC"... And by your original question of wondering if you have to work, you are not savvy on your own company. If I had to sum up my feelings with an adjective as you have chosen to do first, I would say disgusted sums it up - at first, amused, but at this point, disgusted.

it's "drinking the poison yourself, hoping the other person will die from it". You need to let go of your issues with MQ.  Apparently, it is in the past, so honey, just let it go.
Jealousy, bitterness over an anonymous MT poster who SAYS

they are going to be a friggin doctor but has time to post here?   Hardly.  Let's keep it real here.  How does one develop "doctor envy" for an MT who posts on MT Stars or who SAYS they are successful.  That's just plain BS and you know it doncha?  Who are you trying to kid.  Bwaaaaahaaaaaa

Picture this.  A doctor wannabe who obviously should be in pre med classes and at the very least making money for her education is on MT Stars posting.  Yeah right.  And I am jealous?   What planet do you spend most of your time on?

You're apparently the type of person who just wants people to say what she wants to hear anyway and comes to the message board for validation. You hardly sound like an open minded person to me, so I'm sure you'll be thrilled when your kids still live with you when they're 40 years old for lack of adequate or even existent social skills from your smothering, controlling parenting style.

    Have a good day.
Envy? Bitterness? Can't hang with the big dogs?
    Bad advice?

There are too many on this board who think it is their job to bring others down so thaty they have somebody else to play with in the sandbox.
