To look up past reports, ctrl-S. Put in the patient last name or dictator last name, etc., whatever you are looking for. If putting in dictator, put in date range under dictated from, dictated to, so you don't get so many results at once. Then click Find. You'll get the results.. click on a report.. view it. When you're done, ctrl-T to toss it back. MAKE SURE you are in the sample you've pulled up when you hit ctrl-T and not the current report you are working in.
