Seriously, some of us have no idea why they stay. They are free to go elsewhere. I believe MOST would be equally unhappy anywhere else.
I've not always agreed or been thrilled about changes at MQ or Spheris either but I'm not going to bite the hand that feeds me, especially when my personal experience with both companies is in direct conflict with the proclamations made on here.
I believe some do have a bad experience with these companies and they should move on. Most, however, seem to just want a situation to work only in their favor, regardless if it is sound business practice or not. Well, they should go start their own business and implement all these lovely practices and pay expectations they seem to be so full of. They wouldn't last long.
