What to do

Hi all work at home doing MT for 2 companies  -  livinng situation is rent is $150 a month and "basic needs for someone in his early 60s with MS  -- ie fixing meals, keeping kitchen clean etc  -- if I stay, he has the paperwork drawn up to where I get the house and even if he has to go to an ECF and sell the house, I would get a percentage   -- right now, ESTIMATED value of $200K  -- my decision is going "back home to the Midwest where family and a new granddaughter are or staying  - I have my flight "back" already to the tune of $41 for a one way ticket and REALLY not sure what to do  -- any advice?
