shrinkage...
So if your job at the Q is going ASR and to India, how is that 10 cpl working for you?

I took a little less cpl at my new job, have no ASR/VR, all straight transcription and end up making more in the long run because I actually have work! No, I don't work every weekend.

You really need to decide what is more important, the 10 cpl you get with no work available, or a little less than that with lots of work.

I do have a wonderful job. My company doesn't advertise, it's all word of mouth. There is no VR/ASR. I make more than 8 cpl and there is plenty of work.

I don't tell my company on here because people will call me a liar, management, etc, etc, and I get tired of defending myself.

My point is, the jobs are out there. I have been at my present company for a little over a year. Before that, I had 3 very bad jobs that I passed through very quickly. The truth is no one can help you get a job, you have to do the research and find the right fit for you.
