When I was 38, my doc said....sm

My doc dictated *patient is at her peak and evermore so* - so I believe it really started happening at around 38.....definitely by 42 I was in menopause (though still got period for another 9 years) and was very moody at 42....divorced the husband (no regrets there!!! *LOL*) and just changed my life (our lives).  Now I'm in my mid 50s, not moody at all, but still with the hot flashes at night where I toss off the covers and tear off whatever I'm sleeping in (nightgown, T-shirt, etc.)
