Why, O' Why??

Why, O' why, do MTs continue to work for such low wages, lousy benefits, and squat working conditions for these large MT companies?  I swear to gawd, I'd work as manager of the French Fry Department at McDonalds first before I'd give great talent away to these nationals.

It just beats me but I suppose some people just don't know any better.
