Send in your unsolicited resume to MT companies with a nice cover letter highlighting your MT/QA experience and management degree, with the hopes of landing a supervisory or managerial role in a large or national MT company? I bet there are a lot of managers out there with far less qualifications than you might have. You may want to call ahead to find out whose attention to send your resume to and then be sure to follow up by phone a week or two after you send it in.
