Like a dummy, I clicked on the button to "dispute charge," and thought it was ODD that I needed to give them my credit card number (because they have that info). Since I couldn't reply to that e-mail, I followed the rules to dispute the charge.
It's actually a pre-pay card with just a few dollars on it.
I hope this doesn't turn into a huge problem (we're in the middle of renovating from our dishwasher fire 2 years ago (the company just now settled with us).
Thanks for posting this, at least my eyes are wide open now!
