If you cannot get the information from you supervisor or manager then you need to go to HR and ask exactly how you are paid and if they skirt then go for the throat and file a complaint with the HR director for access to your payroll information. Unless they are doing something untoward and you would want to assume that is not the case, then this should be information given freely to you, the hospital employee. If there is anything you do not understand, ask questions and write it all down.
