Wonder what the problem is?

There are three of us on this new account so far and we are all having problems. One MT has SH7, I had 8 and upgraded to 9 to see if that was the problem and it was not and the other MT has SH9 and suggested I go to 9 to see for sure. Same problems. It will get the first 3 letters or so out and freeze and you have to get out of Cerner, etc. and come back in. Any suggestions? I think this may be a problem on the hospital's end since we are all having the same problem, that and a caps lock issue.
