Yay! As it turns out, the huge note by the bad dictator is actually a huge note by an AWESOME dictator who has the same last name as the bad dictator, but doesn't dictate very often, so when you see that name, you assume it's the bad one. So take that, you cherrypicking jerks. *happy dance*
