Many highly skilled MTs know their craft thoroughly but are shaky when it comes to computers--perfectly understandable since many older MTs who started on Selectric typewriters were not even exposed to computers until much later in their careers (not like kids today familiarized with computers as early as grade school). Just unbelievable that there are such nasty bitter posters as the one below! Why in the world would someone even bother to answer if she gets so upset at questions -- Speaks volumes about the person who answers a simple question in a such an unpleasant and condescending manner.
