Wow. $400 to "unhack" your computer? Unimaginable.

The free version of AVG enjoys a very good reputation - to the point that some experts recommend it over some of the popular commercial AV programs. I recommend the full version of AVG simply because it offers protection against a wider range of attacks (rootkits, etc.).
