Yeah, but the coffeehouse is a high profile place and Alex knew that Daniel and Kevin were in it together.  He was blackmailing both of them.  If the truth came out, Kevin would be in hot water again.  The whole scheme was cooked up to make Kevin look like a hero in the town.  Are you talking about Shelia?  I'm sure she'll be back because they didn't really finish that story line.  They thought she was in that rubble in the house with Lauren but she had "vanished".  So I'm sure she will reappear.  She has left and came back so many times I've lost count.  Crazy story lines, huh?
