Only right-sided, but also severe shoulder pain. It hurts to elevate arm. How odd is that.

I could not even go bowling this past weekend due to the pain. :(

I used to use ibuprofen a lot, but now I am having problems with heartburn, so I just suffer with a lot of pain. Ice packs helps the wrist and I use heat at night on the shoulder.
