it needs to be spelled correctly in the report, but one doesn't need to memorize each word. Once you create your expander, it remembers for you.

There are so many things to tackle with this profession, I can't possibly try to memorize every medical term I type. Maybe when I have been doing this for several years I will have more RAM freed up in my mind to try.

I produce quality work, but I don't know how to spell most of it off the top of my head if someone put me to the test.
