Type the text (and all of its format; i.e. bold, italics, underline) in your document. Highlight the text. Tools (Alt-T) Add (A) name your macro ('replace')  The text will automatically appear in the expansion area). Be sure to select 'formatted' rather than 'plain text'.


There is a way to create the macro first and type the text with codes so that the bolding and other features show up, but I found the above to be much easier.
