I work for a clinic that has 5 MT ICs. They also have 1 MT on staff that QAs all the reports coming in. I get paid a great rate (double what I was making working for an MTSO) since I work directly for the clinic and I can take time off when I want since there are other MTs to cover. I just make sure I give them notice ahead of time of when I will be unavailable. I think this was the best move I have made. I am very happy with this account.
