I have to split or I'd run out of steam.
Early a.m. 6:00 to 10 for starters and then, depending on what I've got going on or what is going on with the kids, either noon to 3:00 or at night after supper.  Love the flexibility.
I steam the artichokes and then...sm
smother them in butter and toss Italian-flavored bread crumbs throughout!!!  YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM and very easy to make
She/he is just blowing off some steam, and I can relate! nm

our pool feels like a steam bath...nm

I steam mine with Parm cheese in the leaves -
along with minced garlic.  Pound those babies down on the counter so the cheese falls to the bottom and every bite has cheese on the leaves.  Yummmmmmmmy-  I also put lots of garlic the water along with any other flavoring I want the heart to taste like.  I'm off to the store for chokes.....LOL
