I paid up front for a face lift and tummy tuck along with liposuction. He forgot the face lift, only had surgical incisions close to the ears but noticed no bruising, discoloation. Went to his office, asked and he said not supposed to have done, told him check his records and sure enough, got an IOU on letter head with him signing it for the procedure. He was not pleased at all. After that I thought would not want him to go back and reoperate, no sir and asked for the return of that portion only. He was head of the plastics at the hospital where I worked. Went through arbitration at hospital, ticked him off, he personally called the home in a threatening kind of manner and finally I told husband will let Karma take care of it. I would be on the losing end as we both worked there and just who would they keep if stink made. i called several lawyers, told no case as plastics is elective and jurors do not have sympathy in a case like that. End of story.
