Actually I emailed just this question to Docuscribe several months back when I had a problem with my DSL modem. She emailed back, yes, dial up did work. I can't find the email right now, but why not go to google.com and enter DocQScribe website and try and find an email address. I have worked on this system and really do like it, it does not bog the MT down with a bunch of added Keystrokes like some platforms do. They send you an email with the website link, you download the program in less than a minute and they include screen shots of the actual screens you encounter. So there is not a lot of time spent with tech support install or phone training. Everything is pretty much handled behind the scenes with what programmers and tech support have created.
