After 25 years....  send it to me and I can do it..........  Every dictator has caveats...  Every MT needs time to adapt....

Let's hope this poster learns what basic four means, but to be quite honest, it's really all the same.  I used to transcribe whatever came my way from radiology to a discharge summary to a path report, to a sleep study, to an EKG... 

If it's a medical document and it is dictated, I can transcribe it.  No problem!
