If companies would pay their MTs better, they would see more people working their schedule and producing higher quality work.  Why?  Because they value their job, love their paycheck and, in turn, want to keep the client happy so they can keep their job.  It's a simple concept that many just do not understand or do not care to understand.  It's funny because we see the same companies posting week after week for the same MT positions, but if they would raise their CPL, say from 7.5 cpl to maybe 9 or 9.5 CPL, they would more than likely be able to keep their MTs!  Then, of course, they also need to be honest about the way they calculate lines .
