I left a national for a smaller MTSO and they have excellent benefits.  The PTO/Sick pay starts accummulating from day one, and you can cash it in for money anytime you need it.  These together add up to 13 days a year.  I got gauranteed training pay by the hour for the first 30 days.  You can choose which insurance will work best for you out of Pac Advantage, so the prices vary.  Dental is free.  The insurance starts about 30 days after you start.

The work can be challenging, about 40 % ESL, but there is always work and they do not overhire.  Every transciptionist does every work type, from ERs to oncology, so it's more fair that way.

So yes, these jobs do exist!
