OCCASIONALLY find a company that won't stick you on the worst of the worst accounts just because you can do them and no one else can.  Of course no one else can do them when they won't try, can't never did anything.  I too  spent years and years and years with multiple companies who told me they gave me the crappy work because they didn't have anyone else who could do it.  Finally work for a company on an account with only 1 or 2 ESLs at all and even they are a piece of cake.  Doing crappy accounts ought to be part of dues paying.  We had to learn to do them, so should everyone else who enters this field of work!!!  Pretty soon that's all that's going to be left to do anyway and I bet THEN those who "can't" do the crappy accounts will learn or they'll be doing something else.
