When I was young, I thought I knew it all, now I'm older and realize I didn't know much of anything. I now admire older people as they have lived through a lot of things I hopefully will never have to face in my life. I look, I listen and I try to relate. They say history repeats itself, and I believe that's true. I see a lot of things happening such as returning to the cottage industry, etc., so I pay attention to what history has to tell me and I learn from it. I think the most important lesson we can learn is not to get too comfortable, always be willing to have a Plan B, and forge on and don't get lazy. I love young and old alike, they should be learning from each other, not name calling and comparing, just sharing and caring. I worry about the cottage industry returning as I think a lot of shifty people are making a lot of money by "allowing" you to work at home and taking advantage of you. Just my humble opinion. Be wary - if anything sounds too good to be true, question it! They love to prey on the hunger of youth sometimes.
