and everything you say is so true about no support because they're too busy with their own problems.
Get some experience now and get out on your own. Advertise your skill and get your own accounts. It is one way we can fight back by striking out on our own. Eliminate the middle man and all the management and what have you got, a doctor and a transcriptionist, voila! He's paying her directly and not the salaries of management or the benefits of hundreds of employees. It's a win-win situation for the doctor and the MT. That is why we make so little. We get what is left over and that is wrong and get treated like second-class citizens and if we speak up and rebel.
