Without transcribing the entire report it is hard to tell what the doctor meant and your point was correct also. Your rewording of the sentence is so muchhhhhhhhh better. Since I have my same doctors, two are surgeons, and have had for 5 to 7 years I do change the reports and most of the time I know what they are going to say before they say it. But you guys with nationals and having different docs every day, I don't envy you.
