If you were looking for general (something) anesthesia, put this in the search box with the quotes, astericks, and period.


"general *.* anesthesia"


The *.* is the wild card symbol.  A question mark might work just as well.


You will come up with some phrases beginning with general and ending with anesthesia.


That's all I know.  Maybe someone else has a better idea.
