be correct. Obviously you have more experience with company financial manipulations than I. The only thing I can go on is my previous experience with MRC, Medifax, ddi and MQ. There were rumors there too, no press releases, only rumors, until the press release saying the deal was done (at least not that I'm aware of). As I said, I know several people who work for Spheris and they are hearing the same rumors the MQ people are hearing. Funny thing is the first time I heard the rumor it was MQ who was going to buy Spheris.  So who knows? I don't blame people for being scared but so many seem to be at the bottom of the barrel with MQ that I can't see where they have anywhere to go but up, if what they say is true. I have every reason to believe them. As I said in another post, I quit MQ because I didn't have time to be sitting around all day in case they needed me to do some work. I quit MRC for the same reason. I quit Medifax because they were the first to start this pay cut stuff and I certainly wasn't going to sit still for that!!!
