If the computer you are working on is one that was sent to you by your company, someone may have put things in the AutoCorrect which they used that were never taken out and are now causing you grief.  You can try to look here:

AutoCorrect Options

EXCEPTIONS (right side)

Look in INitial CAps to see if someone may have added some two-letter words that were specific to their job that they wanted to be sure were always left as two capital letters.
