check out MTDaily.com. Sometimes companies post on there too. I don't know much about Spheris. I have a cousin that has been with them a long time, and she is beginning to get tired of working with them also. Try to Google transcription companies and see what you come up with. If that doesn't work, google medical transcription companies. Anymore though, from what I've seen, everyone wants IC's, not actual employees. Where are you from? Maybe some of the hospitals are looking for someone. With your experience, you may not even have to work in-house first.
