That the Canadian dollar is in the toilet. Also, you want medical care? Stand in a very, very long line. A friend was scheduled for same-day surgery (months later), she went into the hospital, they stuck an IV and bag to her, and she was told to walk around the streets for 2 hours until her surgery, there was no room at the inn.

Things might appear great. They aren't. They seriously, very seriously, aren't. You'll die before you get the care you need.
