research into being an IC and running your own med transcription company - YOU, not just the doctor, are responsible for following the laws regarding keeping and maintaining patient records in your home, etc. There is so much more to being an IC than not getting taxes taken out - you are businesses, for heaven's sake. A basic contract is the least you should all have - this isn't babysitting or dog-walking, which I might add is also more complicated these days - get informed! Be a professional!
