But I did notice after the fact that you have AVG and I also forgot to mention to anyone else that, of course, the AVG is an antivirus, not antispyware, but you would have gleaned that from the name anyhow.  Rule of thumb, really, is one firewall and one antivirus running, but you can run other antivirus programs to catch things the one running does not and, of course, don't forget your antispyware programs.  Hope I helped more than confused.  And if you're uncomfortable with free programs, then pay for the full versions which would hopefully add the most protection.
