This could have been a set up - since there was no copy. Used to work with an MT who would go in and change people's reports - and then they would get reprimanded and eventually fired - which was her intention. Well - the tables turned and she tried it with someone who covered her bases and ended up getting fired herself - that MT would have been me - make a copy of everything you do - then you have proof.
