it was done by a resident, and there were pauses, but worse, he didn't pronounce words correctly, but what drove me crazy was the stinkin repetition...it sounded like they were reading 3 weeks worth of nurses notes line by line...it could have surely been condensed into a fraction of the report. All i kept thinking was, no one is going to read all this crap, ever, except QA !!
