You have to sit hours on end every shift with patience.
You need to realize you will cry at first, but everyone does.
You have to have endless patience (did I say patience)?
You have to look at the big picture that it will be worth it.
These things are not taught necessarily, you have to have it in you. If you can't sit, have patience, and look at the big picture, try something else. Believe me.
