dictabelt?

what is a dictabelt? :) The old days to me is having to drive 20 minutes to get the little tapes and the most recent chart notes, that I would then have to measure with a ruler at the point the previous transcription had ended, and print the newest transcription from that point on. so time consuming! Thank God I was able to get them to go digital!!!
