These guys are supposed to be "free" but check it out.
At one time, I worked for a large group and we simply scanned in all their signatures and each was saved as a document. When they pulled up their reports they just clicked on that and it would affix the sig. Some did not want to, so reviewed their dictation we transcribed and saved it to a return file for us to affix the signature for them and/or changes or additions, etc. That was a while back, so check if this is legal still.
