Let's say you make 8 cpl. I averaged 350 lph. With my MQ office's incentives that would put me almost at $100,000 a year, if I would have worked 40 hours a week, which I did not. In 80 hours at 350 lph, that would be 28,000 for a gross of 2240. Our incentive was tiered. The highest was 0.015 cpl once you reached 23,001 lines but it accrued from line 1, for a gross of 1400. So, for the payperiod, a gross of 3640 for almost $100,000/yr. I only worked part-time. There were several MTs from the office I worked under that did 30,000 lines a payperiod every payperiod and some of them probably made more per line than I did, so I'm sure they made out quite well and I do know for a fact a few from the office (back in the good days) did actually make $100,000 year.
