Sorry, just saw this. I mispoke which is actually not too unusual for me. I inherited stocks from late husband who worked for Amoco. Because of that, I was not allowed to reinvest dividends and I have to pay income tax on the dividends. I am fairly new to this and still sorting out who is who and curious about where everyone else is located. There seems to be quite a wide distribution of us around - I had no idea. I thought everyone else had gotten out long ago. We were just laid off Oct and I had no idea we led such a sheltered life! Our director had just told us she was the envy of the other MR directors for having her own t.pool. So much for that. Everything went to India.

I never said those things specifically alone needed to be done and nothing else. I stated that they are ideas, "toss around ideas." Something needs to be done. We are the only ones who can do anything. I do work 3rd shift, I do take ESLs, I do take worktypes that no one else wants, and I do futher my education every chance I get. I don't think sitting around and accepting what is being forced down are throats is acceptable for any of us. If you have any ideas, please state them. I am not trying to be narrow minded. Tell me please, are we going to sit back and give our jobs away?
