ghostly dad

The same thing happened to me after my dad died. I went through a devastating divorce and one time I came home and went to my bedroom and just curled up on the bed and cried. I felt the side of the bed go down like someone was sitting there and then I felt a hand on my shoulder and all I could think of was that it was my mother and I couldn't figure out how she got into the bedroom because the door was locked. I turned to my right and there was no one there, but the imprint of someone sitting on the bed was clearly there. Like you, I knew right then that I was going to be o.k. and I was and have been. Nothing like dads to take care of their girls. Weren't we lucky??

Anyone ever had a ghostly/spiritual experience? Was watching CNN last night.

I was watching Larry King last night and something came up about being "frozen" a couple minutes after awakening.  That has happened to me a few times and I have read Sylvia Browne's books and she explains it as something like a noise waking us up too quickly before our spirits come back after astral travel.  Just wondering if anyone has ever had a ghostly spiritual experience or any interesting stories about it and beliefs.
